Our mission is to help people strengthen connections with family and friends in Israel while supporting local Israeli businesses and creators.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Platform and place orders. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, product availability is subject to change without notice; certain products may be seasonal, handmade, custom-made, or produced in limited quantities; and we reserve the right to discontinue products at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
4. Product Images and Descriptions
We strive to display products as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors, packaging, flowers, food items, handmade products, and gift arrangements may vary slightly from the images displayed. Minor variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for cancellation.
5. Orders
An order is considered submitted once payment information has been provided and the checkout process has been completed. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Platform are shown in the applicable currency indicated at checkout. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is confirmed. We use third-party payment providers and do not store complete payment card information on our systems.
7. Delivery
Delivery services are provided by the relevant supplier, delivery partner, or logistics provider. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays, security situations, military operations, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for delays resulting from such circumstances.
8. Recipient Information
To fulfill an order, customers may provide information relating to the gift recipient, including name, telephone number, delivery address, and personal messages. By submitting such information, you represent and warrant that you have the right to provide it for the purpose of fulfilling the order. You are responsible for ensuring that recipient information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy. Orders for personalized, custom-made, food, floral, or perishable products may not be canceled once preparation has begun. Orders may not be canceled after shipment has been dispatched. Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, provide false or misleading information, interfere with the operation or security of the Platform, upload malicious software or harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or infringe upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
11. Reviews and User Content
If reviews, comments, photographs, or other content are submitted to the Platform, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and publish such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or irrelevant to the product or service.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, branding, design elements, software, images, and website content, is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Supplier trademarks, logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Third-Party Businesses
Products available through the Platform may be sourced from independent Israeli businesses and suppliers. While we carefully curate participating businesses, we do not guarantee the ongoing availability of any supplier, future product availability, or supplier business continuity. The inclusion of a supplier on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement beyond the specific products offered.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability of the Platform. We do not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability arising out of or related to any order, product, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
16. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including war, military operations, terrorist acts, civil unrest, government restrictions, labor disputes, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, transportation disruptions, internet failures, or telecommunications failures.
